Ruzizi Tented Camp is marked by 9 luxurious Tents that sits along the pristine shores of Lake Ihema, while at the same time hidden among the swaying tall fruiting fig trees as well as Palms. These tents accommodate a maximum of 20 guests hence providing your perfect secluded getaway while exploring Rwanda’s only savannah-dominated National park- Akagera National Park. Each of the 9 tents has an en-suite bathroom installed with cold and hot running water, a comfortable queen bed while there is also an option of twin beds, dressing area, shaded verandas with campaign chairs as well as tree-trunk tables hence providing an option of unwinding while taking in the beautiful views of the Lake, wallowing hippos, visiting elephants, Masai giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, sometimes lions and many other wildlife species hence priceless wildlife viewing at the comfort of your room.
The thatched dining and reception area at Ruzizi Tented Camp is flanked by swaying palm and fig trees while the walkways lead to the beautiful viewing deck that hangs over Lake Ihema hence making it possible for guests to enjoy free game viewing experiences at the comfort of the Lodge.
