The resident and award winning Chefs- Fidel Nshimiyimana and Odette Nyiranubaha as well as their trained, committed and motivated team come up with dynamic menus of typically African haute cuisines while blending some of the best seasonal ingredients from the country with specific and innovative recipes from across the African Continent.
